If the Duties Module is enabled, there is an option to automatically generate race entries for those performing duties. This is useful if race points are allocated in compensation for performing a duty.
The appropriate Duty Types must be marked as a "Sailing Duty"
To add duties, click the "(Check Duties)" button on a sailing series page. You must be a Sailing Admin. This may take a few seconds to check all the duties.
This will generate a list of suggestions for each user who has performed a sailing duty in a race for a series. If the user has sailed in multiple boats, then an entry is generated for each boat they have helmed and is show in a table under each race. You may have to use your judgment and experience as to which to pick.
This process can be repeated as needed. Suggestion are not created if a "DTY" entry already exist
Please note that the point allocation rule for the code "DTY" must be configured.
