All data is stored and managed within the EU or UK with leading cloud providers. The current service provider is Amazon Web Service (AWS). This may be changed to a similar provider without notice.

Standard industry practices are used to protect the integrity and privacy of data, including the use of firewalls, encryption, security scans and secure credentials. Servers are regularly updated with the latest stable releases to mitigate the risk of vulnerabilities in 3rd party software.

Sensitive private data, such as contact details, is stored with additional application level encryption.

For security and operational reasons a full audit of user sign in activity is retained. This includes IP addresses and device names.

We may sometimes need read parts of your data for support purposes. This is only in exceptional circumstances, and we will if possible ask for your permission beforehand. If we do require access, it will always be a human. Never AI.
