Users Module

Flexible user management.
Segment your users into user categories depending on how they sign in and easily manage permissions.
Your members retain control over their own personal data and self-manage changes to email addresses and passwords.

Get Started

Create a new club picking the "Example Data" option. This creates 5 additional demo users linked to the admin user.

  • Open the manage permissions page and change the permissions for a demo user. Switch to that user to see the changes.
  • Open the manage users page and use the "(Add a User)" button to create more users. New users start in the sandbox.
  • Experiment with different user categories. Try sending and accepting an invitation.

That is all you need do. Users are responsible for managing their personal data and sign in. In the unlikely event of a problem that the user cannot resolve themselves with the username/password recovery processes, check to see what email address is registered and after that is our problem, not yours.
