Key Features

The modern user interface works on mobile and desktops. All functionality is available on any device. The interface has been tested on the major browsers and mobile devices.
Easy Sign in via Google and social media accounts. Users may Sign in via their Gmail account instead of creating a password. Support for Apple and social media accounts, such as Facebook, is planned.
Flexible Calendars. Multiple calendars may be created, for example separate sailing and social calendars. A single entry and can hold related activities, for example all the duties and races for a sailing day.
Modular by design. The MyClub dot Run application has a number of modules, and more are being developed.

Club Module

User Management

Its simple to add new users. Quickly invite new users with just their email address. Once they have completed the User Sign up process, they are a member of your club.
Flexible permissions. Set the permissions for each user as required for each module. Use permission templates (under development) to store common permission rules.

Public Home Page

Your club's details are shown, including contacts and logos. Optionally add information from your Calendars to the home page.

Calendar Module

Flexible Calendars

The modern user interface interface works on mobile and desktops. All functionality is available on any device. The UI has been tested on the major browsers and mobile devices.

Calendar Integration

Import from spreadsheet and 3rd party apps. Calendars may be imported from a spreadsheet. Direct import from 3rd party applications is also possible. Currently HalSail and DutyMan are supported.

Sailing Module

Sailing Calendar

Show all events in your calendars. Any type of sailing activity can be added to a calendar, including racing, training, general sailing and cruising.
Manage series. Multiple events that are related, for example a race series or a set of training events can be linked and clearly shown in the calendar.

Race Results

Enter race results. Capture race results details by boat / helm.
Auto import from HalSail. If you have a HalSail account, existing results have be automatically imported through integration with their public API. No need to import / export files manually.
Calculate handicaps Automatically calculate adjusted results. note, only PY handicaps are supported at present,
Series results Automatically calculate series points based on position, or the reason for not participating / failing to record a time.
Publish results Results can be published online, or restricted to your club members.

Sailing Dashboards

Club Dashboard. This shows all the boats and helms in your Club.
User Dashboard. Each user has their own personal dashboards, showing all boats and races they have helm or crewed in.

Duties Module

Simple Setup

Flexible Duty Types. Setup any type of duty and attach them to events in your calendar.
Duty Templates. Setup common duty patterns as templates for reuse.
Import from DutyMan. If you have a DutyMan account your existing data, both users and duties can be imported to speed setup.

Volunteering is easy and fair

Single click. Users can volunteer with a single click on their phone or laptop/desktop. Send out "Volunteer Now" links for duties that are hard to fill.
Duties Calendar. Duties are integrated with the calendar. Easily see which events have duties.
Duty reports. Easily see who is doing more than their fair share, and who is not doing pulling their weight.

Club Dashboard. See all the duties in your club and monitor progress
User Dashboard. Each user has their own personal dashboard, showing all their duties and requests to swap.

Sailing Integration

Automatically include duties in series results. Points for entrants performing duties can be automatically calculated by using the "Suggested Entrants" feature in the Sailing Module.
