Handicap cards hold handicap values. Currently only Portsmouth Yardstick (PY) is supported, other are planned. Please register your interest on the Support page
Please note that changes are immediately applied to all series that reference the card. If the existing values should be preserved, create a new card and use the copy option.
You must be a Sailing Admin to manage handicaps. Go to the Handicap Cards page. This is also available as a link on the Sailing Admin dashboard.
If you picked the "Example Data" option when you created your club there will already an example "Default PY Card". If not, follow the instructions to create a new, empty, card.
Click on the card to open it. If is empty (i.e.) a new card there is an option to copy an existing card. Obviously this useful if making minor changes between seasons or competitions.
There is a line for each Boat Class. Edit the value as required.
