Membership Permissions

There are four levels of permission. Higher levels include all the permissions in the lower levels.
Be careful, membership information is private. Access should
only be granted to authorised people.
No
The user has no access to the Membership Module. Membership options are not shown. This is the default, most users have no need to see membership details (other than their own).
Reports
The user can run the membership reports. These may contain some personal information (including name, age range and gender), but will not include address and contact details.
Viewer
The user can view the membership data, but is not allowed to make updates.
Admin
The user has full admin rights. This includes:
- Managing reference data, e.g. membership types
- Editing membership details
- Sending membership renewals
