Add an Entry
Entries are added to an existing calendar entry.

Open the calendar you want to add to.

Click the (+) button on the top left. This opens the "Add Entry" form.

Fill in the form. This only captures the base information, you can customise at the next step. Click the
"Add Entry" button to save.

The newly added entry is shown. Click the "View & Customise" button. The
page is refreshed with more options. Click the "Manage this entry" link.

A form is shown with management options. Click the alteration you want to make, for example
"Change the additional info".

A new form is shown. Make the alteration and save. Provided there are no problems, the update is
saved. The management form is redisplayed. Please note that you may need to reload the page to see you change

Continue making alterations. When done, click the "close" link (bottom right).
